Alarm Modes

OFF: Turns off alarm mode.

Mode 1: An alarm sounds when the speed reaches 35 km/h (45 km/h for custom firmware) and the PWM is at 80%.

Mode 2: An alarm sounds when the speed reaches 30 km/h or 35 km/h and the PWM is at 80%.
